Lemos & Melara named to Big 8 All-Conference Team
The Women’s Soccer team had two players make the 2017 Big 8 All-Conference team.
#10 Megan Melara | M
Melara has played in 20 games for the Vikings, scoring 4 goals on 5 shots. Melara finished the season with 9 assists, her biggest to date coming in the Big 8 Conference win over No. 1 in the nation, Folsom Lake to Noelle Lemos for the first goal of the game.

Lemos has played in all 20 games so far this season. She is currently ranked #6 in the state in goals scored with 22, soring 46 points. Of the 22 total goals so far this season, 6 of them have been game winners and 4 of those were conference wins.
The Vikings are the #9 seed in the CCCAA Norcal Regional Championships and will head to Cañada College in Redwood City Saturday for Round 1. Their current record is 11-4-5.
