The DVC Vikings defeated Santa Rosa Junior College in over time Friday night in Pleasant Hill.
The game was back and fourth the entire night but the Vikes outscored the Bear Cubs by 2 in OT and that seemed to be the difference.
Darius Jackson led the Vikings offensively with 24 points and Adeola Morren came up big on the boards with 14 total rebounds.
The win is definitely a big one for the Vikings since the Bear Cubs were tied for 1st place going into the game Friday night.
DVC looks to keep the momentum strong going into their next game vs. Modesto on Tuesday.
