Simmons walk off single seals victory over Cabrillo

The Vikings completed another thrilling victory on Friday vs. Cabrillo with a walk off single from Nick Simmons.
The Seahawks took the lead in the first inning with a single by Ryan Juncker. They added to thier lead in the top of the 6th when Kai Moody doubled, scoring Cooper Smith.
It was all Vikings the rest of the way; in the bottom of the 6th, Bill Ralson scored on Dante Peretti's double, making the score 2-1.
In the bottom of the 9th, the Vikings had runners on first and second with 2 outs when Bill Ralston singled to scored Theisen.
On the next play, Nick Simmons singled down the left field line to score the winning run and the Vikings walked it off!
DVC is scheduled to take on Monterey Pinensula on the road, weather permitting Tuesday, Feb 5th.
