Gonzalez wins Big 8 Championship Race, Men Finish 2nd overall
The Vikings Cross Country Team competed in the Big 8 Conference Championships on Friday. In the Women's race, Vikings own Julia Gonzalez finished in 1st place, winning the Big 8 Conference Individual Championship with a time of 18:37.
In the Men's Race, the team finished in 2nd place overall. Logan McNamar finished 4th (19:28), Cameron Reyes finished 6th (19:52) and Luis Ramirez finished 8th (19:57).
The Vikings will be competing in the NorCal Championships this weekend at Toro Park in Salinas.
