DVC Women, Big 8 Conference Champions named #6 seed in CCCAA Playoffs
The DVC Women’s Basketball team is the #6 seed in the CCCAA Norcal Playoff bracket. The Vikings finished tied for 1st in the Big 8 Conference with Sierra College who are seeded No. 1 in the Norcal bracket. Last week, DVC defeated Delta College 86-71, to win their share of the 2018 Big 8 Conference championship. The Vikings are led by Doris Jones, Antuanisha Wright and Kendra Jeuitt, all which are averaging 23.1, 12.2, and 12.9 points per game respectively. The Vikings host #11 Lassen College on Saturday night at 7:00PM in Viking Gymnasium.
