Elvia Alvarado was clutch at the plate with runners on base on Saturday, driving in four on three hits to lead DVC Vikings past Santa Rosa 9-3 on Saturday. Alvarado drove in runs on a single in the first, a double in the second, and a double in the third.
DVC Vikings secured the victory thanks to six runs in the third inning. The offensive onslaught by DVC Vikings was led by Kathryn Cassin, Mariah Schuchart, Alvarado, and Julianna Pichardo, who each had RBIs in the inning.
