The Vikings (9-3) beat Solano (5-6) 61-59 in Saturday's championship game, paced by Carelton's 20 points and eight rebounds.
Sophomore guard Rodney Pope, who had 16 points in the final, was an All-Tournament selection.
Surging DVC, which has won five of its past six games, also beat Hartnell 83-55 and Foothill 68-53 in the three-day event.
Against Hartnell, Pope had 20 points, and Victor Mijas of Brazil and Carelton both had 17 points.
Against Foothill, Carelton had 22 points, Pope and Mijas had 13 apiece, and 6-foot-10 freshman post Eric Nielsen of Dublin had 10 points and seven boards. Nielsen also had nine rebounds against Solano.
The Vikings will be off until opening the Chabot Tournament against Simpson University JV in the Chabot Tournament on Dec. 28.
