Bio

Coach Logwood is heading into his fifth season coaching football, his first at DVC. Making two stops at the High School level, Encinal High School in Alameda, CA and Moreau Catholic High School in Hayward, CA. While coaching in high school, Logwood produced multiple first team all-conference running backs, while also producing multiple Division 1 athletes. Before joining the Diablo Valley College football program in the summer of 2024, Logwood was introduced into the junior college scene at CCSF as the running back and kick returners coach. During his first season at CCSF, several of his athletes earned scholarships to four-year Universities, including his running back Tyrei Washington to Temple University. 

Born and raised in Oakland, CA, Coach Logwood attended Saint Mary’s College High School, graduating with honors and receiving MVP his senior year before accepting a scholarship to the University of Montana and was a major contributor as a true freshman at runningback and as their kick returner. 

After a successful season at Montana, coach Logwood transferred to City College of San Francisco to play for coach Collins in hopes of transferring to a higher level of Division I football.  After his only season at CCSF he transferred to the University of Nevada Las Vegas and earned his bachelor’s degree.

Coach Logwood looks forward to developing and supporting ambitious young men in hopes of them being successful at the next level and beyond.
