The DVC Men's Water Polo team defeated the Mustangs 9-8 on Thursday in the Big 8 Conference Championship Semifinal game. This match up was the 5th of the season for the DVC and Delta with Delta defeating the Vikings all 4 of the previous meetings. DVC will face Sierra College in the Championship game, a team which defeated the Vikings 19-11 on 9/27, their only previous meeting this season. The Big 8 Conference Championship game is tomorrow at 5:00pm at San Joaquin Delta College.
