PLEASANT HILL -- Sara Cundy (Soph. from College Park) delivered the biggest swing of the day with a Grand Slam off Foothill's Antionette Zamudio in the bottom of the 5th inning on Tuesday afternoon to put the Vikings on top 7-1.
Ashley Allen (Fresh. from Clayton Valley) also added a two-run HR in the bottom of the 3rd inning.
Nicole Nordahl (Fresh. from Albany) improved to 4-0 overall on the season after delivering 5 and 1/3 innings of two-run ball with 5 strikeouts.
DVC Softball returns home on Thursday, February 12th for a 3 PM start against San Francisco City College.
The Vikings finish out the week with a Saturday afternoon doubleheader @ Contra Costa (12 PM & 2 PM).
